Founded in 2015, the Woodhouz team is comprised of a group of professional designers, Artists, Realtors, former Law Enforcement and business experts who offer an unprecedented level of care, quality and expertise to each one of our staging and design clients.

According to the National Association of Realtors’ 2021 survey on home staging, buyers’ agents reported 1%-5% increase on the dollar value of staged homes compared to homes not staged. Staged homes sell quickly: The same study also revealed 22% of sellers’ agents reported staged homes spent less time on the market than homes not staged.

Ken Woodhouse is a licensed Realtor® with eXp Realty® serving Northern Idaho. Ken is a member of the Coeur d' Alene Regional REALTORS® Assocation and the proud owner of The Woodhouz, a luxury staging company.
Receiving his real estate license in December 2022, Ken quickly realized the need for home staging in the North Idaho and Washington areas. Being a real estate agent who has his own staging company immediately set his services apart from other agents. Ken realized in order to better serve his clients staging was a must in the real estate market.
Ken took a meaningful, yet simple approach when he established The Woodhouz. He incorporated his family name 'Woodhouse', along with the letter Z for Zoe-Jane, his daughter, to create a company name that represents what he values the most - Family. Ken takes great pride applying the same level of thought and care into his business practices with clients.
Clients describe Ken as a genuine, sincere, and friendly. Working hard for his client's and their needs is of the utmost importance which he displays during interactions with his clients and colleagues. Ken utilizes the skillsets he obtained from his previous profession coupled with leadership qualities to make sure the job is performed smoothly, professionally, and without unnecessary delay.
Ken was born in Walnut Creek, California and raised throughout the Bay Area. At the age of 20 he entered the field of law enforcement where he held a variety of positions such as Police Officer, Deputy Sheriff, and 911 Emergency Dispatcher. After 14 years in law enforcement Ken travelled for 2 years as a Private Security Contractor working for companies such as Lockheed Martin, CalFire, as well as Executive Protection roles for Silicon Valley's Ultra-High-Net-Wealth-Individuals before permanently relocating with his 5-year-old daughter in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho. Once established in Idaho he quickly became a licensed Real Estate Agent while simultaneously establishing 'The Woodhouz', a premiere luxury real estate staging company serving the Northern Idaho region.
Ken enjoys spending time with his young family. When he isn't busy working you will most likely find him hiking around Tubbs Hill or paddle boarding on one of the many gorgeous lakes in the CDA region admiring nature's beauty in North Idaho.
